You could practically lift word for word the responses from any Soviet leader of the past...and since most of them probably had KGB speechwriters and 'ol Vlad cut his teeth in the KGB, well, that makes perfect sense...
Of course they spy like demons too! Is there capability as world-wide intensive as America's? Maybe not, but in their neck of the woods I doubt any are better!
