WTF? Has civilization deteriorated to the point where life is meaningless? These aren't girls raised in slums!
My first question would be are these girls living in a Christian home?

Seriously though, this is some sick and twisted sh*t. I'm tempted to chalk it up as another symptom of a dying civilization, and maybe it is, but I also guess unhinged lunatics can happen anytime. To borrow a line from The Walking Dead, I'm not sure there's anything you can do for these two girls other than tell them to go "look at the flowers".
