The domestic unemployment rate (or unemployable rate) must not be high enough, or the workforce participation rate is still too high?

They like beating the drum that U3 has never been better, that Duh Wun has led us from the dismal Bush Era into the Age of Obama the Magnificent...all the while driving more workers out of the labor force...added benefit to crony corps to staff low-wage jobs with a fresh influx of immigrants, how they get in doesn't matter...
