Why Carney's pants don't burst into flames after he opens his mouth...??? But I guess if Barry hasn't combusted by now...
::gaah::
Screw any extension of the limit. Show me concrete iron-clad steep cuts in immediate spending/programs or stick it where the sun don't shine!!!

Somebody should ask Carney if that's the way his American Express card works . ::angry::

Cuts? Here's a cut.
Boehner just said it would be a good idea to cut tax breaks to oil company's.
per Fox

Naturally ... They're not drilling anymore . What do they need with tax breaks ?

Wow...That should lower the cost...... ::facepalm:: ::falldownshocked:: ::)

Did Boner really say that?!
WTF?!
::falldownshocked::

Fox said he said it.

Yeah, Rush was talking about it today. The GOP are terrified -- to the point of little puddles of urine forming around their Gucci loafers -- of being seen as defending "Big Oil".

Oh fer crisSAKE!!
And people are amazed by Trump's take-off??!
He's taking it TO them, in no uncertain terms, and it doesn't matter so much right now on what (birtherism), but that he IS.
Same reason why Allen West is attracting attention right now. He's standing on more solid ground with his choice of attacks, but he's not mincing words and he's not afraid of possible pillory or opprobrium.
The Republicans, with them crying and pissing themselves, are THE reason why people are losing confidence that the current coming shipwreck can be avoided. Enough people withdraw and go into a strictly defensive posture, the more inevitable the "tough history coming".
I read a couple of pieces on this yesterday -- the results of a widespread loss of confidence. If you're interested start here. (http://smallestminority.blogspot.com/2011/04/yeah-that.html)

With brewer and boner wimping out on us, why should we have confidence in the repubs?
Elections don't matter any more. Might as well recognize it and start looking for another way.

Been looking at a map. Options are few to none.
Can't afford to move to Switzerland.

So is there a part of the country that would be better than others?

Too dadgum cold in Minnesota and Texas is on fire; Nebraska! Nothing happens there.

It was reported that he did just that!! I almost stuck my foot through the TV screen.

The Republicans are in some ways worse than the Democrats, because they're our only viable option and even when given a Congressional pick up of historic proportions, they fumble the ball with a predictability that is nothing less than soul crushing in how unnecessary it is.
Nobody can seriously be this inept with such consistency. There's more going in the Ruling Class circle-jerk than we may ever know. The destruction of America has Republican fingerprints all over it.

At very least they seem to be complicit.

Krauthammer says, in politics, if one must choose between conspiracy and stupidity, pick stupidity.

I am compelled to agree with G.
