Yeah, they played in their backyard and they all excited?
America holds RIMPAC each year, I've been in them, Can have 3 US carriers and support vessels and ships, planes & subs from a couple dozen nations...every year, and other singificant exercises like Cobra Gold, CARAT, Talisman Sabre, Malabar, Batops, Panamax, Guamex, NATO exercises (southern command) and War Games (CNO/NWC)...
When America does it, it is warmongering, militarism and imperialism...
When Russia does one exercise it is a cause for celebration...
