Just Vlad's way of having fun with the weakest leader in American history...

...these actions are nothing new, they've just been dormant, now, it is just increasing in frequency due to having a trouser-pilot President, disputes over Ukraine, Syria, well just about everywhere, the fact that Vlad has to make his military oligarchs happy doing something, and because he likes doing it...
While I am skeptical of the Russian ability to keep this up and maintain equipment safely, it is just a matter of time before they screw up and have a failure of some sort (like blowing an airliner out of the sky somewhere else than over Ukraine) and remind people again that, while America might have a weak leader, Russia has a crazy one.

Seriously, to get this dream list of basing rights is one thing, that shouldn't be too terribly hard for cash-strapped backwaters...but WTF is Russia getting all this wealth to expand like this and conduct activities even the old Soviets did do? With oil being down, gas disreupted due to their invasion of Ukraine...the crappy economy and battered Ruble...either crime, booze and hookers is going like gangbusters or...are the ChiCom's floating them?
Either way, Prez Skittles isn't going to be any help, lapdog ass-kissing REMFs in the Pentagon aren't going to be any help...really not much in their way right now, is there?
