Title: Second "Snowden" Investigated

It sounds as if this leaker is maybe no more if not less situated than Snowden was, based upon the material supposed to have been leaked.  I had wondered early on in the Snowden case if there was a high ranking source feeding Snowden his information and I still hold to that possibility, how the second leaker fits into this dynamic I do not know, but it may not have been direct or at all, and could be this new guy is an organic event.
