Heh!  I heard a news report on the radio about this too...everybody speculating who did it.

As to who...obviously it was the US in retaliation for Sony, the Japanese for the same reason (and because they hate those bastards probably more than anybody) or the Norks themselves as a pretext to blame the US and start more shyt.
