Title: Federal court rules against ban on out-of-state handgun purchases
Post by: Glock32 on February 11, 2015, 02:20:25 PM: A Federal district court in Texas has ruled as unconstitutional the longstanding ban on the purchase of handguns outside your state of residency. There will undoubtedly be a lengthy appeals process, but maybe this idiocy is finally on thin ice.

If you can buy a long gun at a store in another state, passing the usual background check, why not a handgun?
