Supposed to be mostly clear here this time of the morning and since I am used to getting up early I think I'll take a gander at it.

And if there is anything to the wild prophecies about it...given the timing with Easter and the nefarious Obama Iran Surrender Deal...maybe I will be rewarded by seeing that meteor streaking to greet Duh Wun!

Watching coverage on NASA TV as l grab a quick bite before going outside, about 1\3 covered tight now.

Went driving around a bit, get a good vantage point, but now too much dawns early light starting to wash it out here, up to a thumbnail it looked good, came back and watching NASA feed from Griffith in LA, definitely a better west coast event.  Still cool and it was clear here, not always the case.
