I guess in the universe of "if X got into the wrong hands, bad things would happen" this is just item number 10,494...or thereabouts, right?

Seeing the phrase "environmental damage" raises my Prog-Detector automatically, doesn't mean there isn't anything to look at here, just that I doubt the intent when I see a phrase like that.
