I'm guessing this is in/near the Detroit area, so full-frontal prog run outfit is problem number one...

Also, get a breakdown for what is in this "supporting services" line...

...if public schools went back to the basics and cut out all the prog programatic BS, they probably wouldn't be pissing away millions of dollars on unrelated crap...then tackle the big fugly gorilla in the corner - the teachers unions.

Or you can say screw 'em and homeschool or do an online highschool or test out w/ GED and let this ilk starve and die...
