As I have no desire to leave Earth, let's just send them all there instead.  We'll tell 'em .... errr ....... "hey!  you get to make alllll the rules!"

But...umm...aren't they pretty much calling most of the shots already?

Yeeessss, here.  For now.  Once they GO, and they're GONE, we tell 'em if they try to come back, it's curtains for them.
