I have a very vague memory of seeing the Harlem Globetrotters live as a young boy. I remember being confused because the guys on the cartoon weren't the same guys on the team. I only learned much later that there are different team lineups allowing for more exhibition game touring. Apparently the venue I saw them at didn't warrant an appearance by Lemon or Curly Neal.

I saw him with the team as a kid a long long time ago. The routine rarely changed but thankfully neither did the energy and entertainment. Seems another piece of my childhood is gone.
