Reciprocity Act...from my state only my Rep (Emmer) supports it. Pretty pathetic.
The Founders would be horrified to see any state being allowed to alter any of the first nine Amendments in the Bill of Rights one iota! Especially this one which ensures all the others have a chance at not being dicked with!
