Leon ruled Tuesday that a section of the city’s law that requires people who want to carry a gun in public to show a “good reason to fear injury” or another “proper reason” to carry the weapon “likely places an unconstitutional burden” on citizens’ right to bear arms.

Yup, and it starts at the top...with a gun-grabber in the White House...how the frack does a judge with half a brain fail to see that? Well this guy does...but on appeal the Fascist ObamaBots will hope to find judges just as evil as themselves.
