It's hard to imagine the entirety of the EPA's Climate Change™ agenda being represented by a mere $2 Billion.

I love it.  In Spite of everything that is going on he just keeps going like the energizer bunny!!  I just hope the Lord keeps him safe because there is nothing the will not do to stop him.
