In some corners this could be construed as giving enemies a pretext for a first strike...in others it might give pause to plans of behaving badly...regardless, whatever penalty for the peddlers may be coming will be delayed past the point of no return...how dangerously wreckless of them, eh?

  It's a fine line starting a war and informing the brain dead obviously the went for the latter war be damned.
