It's an American inner city.  What do you expect?  American inner cities are the most disfunctional organizations on the planet.  Then again, only in America do people dumb down standards, to attract more sub par employees into these organizations, in the name of diversity.

Facts don't matter either...the garbage that put this garbage in only wants to see and hear the garbage...anything else is demonized.

In the end there is only one effective way of dealing with garbage...
