...finds Congress can regulate "mental activity" under the Commerce Clause!
UFB! This has to be the culmination of every proglodyte's dream! The ability to regulate thought!
The Orwelian Left must be ecstatic over this enlightened ruling!
This judge is mentally unbalanced!

Is there any genuine "mental activity" happening in her head? At all?
At one time, I'd've thought having such an opinion spoken or written outright by a member of the Judiciary as not likely here. Now, it's more likely than not and I'm always surprised when it's not.

I hope this judge can read my mind.....

Once again referring to a post on a different thread we expect lawyers and judges to be smart, knowledgeable and logical but after being alive for just short of 46 years, I can attest that the premise simply is false. Although some give prudence to founders intent, most are just useful idiots for the progressive's goal of one world government or governance.

Too many people in this line of work have more allegiance to their agenda rather than the Constitution.
Even a casual reading of the Founders writings would indicate that this judge is so far away from the mark that she should be removed for even suggesting such a finding.

Not enough people of character in the Senate to convict even if House passed articles of impeachment. ::gaah::

Frayed knot. ::bashing::

Impeachment?!

Yeah, right. From THIS bunch in the Senate? ::bashing::
