Love to see this proof, if it exists. Might just be this guy spouting off to step into the power vacuum once Muammar is gone. Seems genuine though, and makes sense in light of the Al-Megrahi release.
He sure has a thing for Muammar though - "I can't wait until we see pictures of Qaddafi hanging by his heels," he said.
