Heh, this puts the DeepState Praetorian's running agencies in a pickle! They have to report activities to and be answerable to the ODNI!
If they start bullsh*tting him or failing to disclose their activities they'll be sacked, and if they're sacked the AD's get more at-risk...this could be where some inroads can be made to sap the DeepState's ability to conduct their treasonous business as usual, at least through the election...if President Trump crushes the hapless demosocialists in the fall the cadence of the swamp-draining could be frentic!
