The spending and corruption is so bad, a final tally will never be pinned down, let alone knowing who the frick exactly got what!   ::angry::

You're right; we'll never know the half of it.

Locally, our county is working on the budget, schools are having to take a hit and the Supt. is looking to cut less out of the central office.  ::bashing::   (We even have a Migrant Outreach Director, or some such BS).  Some of the positions are "federally-funded" as regular positions, some were done so by "stimulus" money - which will not be repeated - and the individuals interested in dissecting who gets what from where are having a helluva time pinning this down.
