Did you know that Rush actually got that from a Vanderleun post (http://americandigest.org/mt-archives/006007.php)? I remember reading the original post, and then Rush talking about it a day or two later.

No, I didn't know that, but I hope he gave proper attribution. VanDerLeun is a gem .... most of the time.

No, I didn't know that, but I hope he gave proper attribution. VanDerLeun is a gem .... most of the time.
See the comments. One mentions that Rush was struggling with the pronunciation of his name. Me, I'm still unsure about the spaces and capitalization.

That's a good site. I read one of the other posts there and one of the commenters left what I thought was a pretty pithy summary of our state of affairs:
The wheel turns. Taxation without representation was one of the chief causes of the American Rebellion; representation without taxation may well be the cause of the next revolution. Not just in the USA, either.
That really is the long and short of it, isn't it?
