Title: Hiding the high price of clothes

the price of clothing goes up and retailers are hiding the increases or at least trying to (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Higher-prices-the-big-trend-apf-2391795776.html?x=0)


this is why I sew and stockpiled fabric   :)

and why I mend clothes and why i don't get rid of stuff   :)

$80 for jeans?   ::facepalm::

Haven't dragged out my ex's sewing machine but I don't throw cloth away.  I will stitch up favorites, save all the buttons, pockets, and belt loop straps; the balance can serve a multitude of needs.
