It won't be long.
A/V cameras that look like ballpoint pens can be purchased for $40.00.   There is a constant reduction in size and cost along with increase in quality.  Pretty soon one will be able to secrete those little transmitters on clothes and vehicles then Officer Krepke or Porky Punk in HD, 360°.
