I would have rather seen the money burned!

Crap like this cannot and should not exist without taxpayer funds, time for the taxpayers to say no more!

But I am probably only barking at the moon, not enough people give a damn with what any of their money goes toward anymore...

Anyone with half a brain could have walked over to any of that gar'bage and sprayed some Xylene on them and watch it blend into muck. Better still, Sherwin Williams peel away.
