Yup that's right I went there, I used the "S" word;
Today I might have lost my mind and am trying to make a clam sauce rissotto. I't either going to work or it's trash,will advise later.

I always sauce was liimited to marinara, au jus is au jus, marinate is marinate and everything else is gravy.

Besides the rice was ok it tasted right but not the same thing as the real thing so won't be doing that again.
