This is one creepy women. Her hand was in so much of what is going on today. And now the "gansta government" is trying to position her to rule on her own activism.

I cannot imagine a scenario where this information exists but the administration is successful in withholding it. If it exists, it will be obtained, one way or another. There are too many Republicans in the House and a few in the Senate who will not allow perpetual withholding of information that could force Kagan's recusal.
