Failed to disclose? Perhaps it is good strategy to lead in with a presumption of innocence but I am long past tired of treating the Left with anything approaching respect, fairness or any of that civilized crap! Time to do unto them as they do unto us 24/7/365!
There was no failure here...to fail one would have to have had an intent to disclose...these punks at National Proglodyte Radio never had any intent to disclose any involvement and had every intent to deceive, period.
