Seriously. Why are we even being subjected to the farcical insult of a trial for these scumbags? In the laws of war, non-uniformed, undeclared enemy combatants can be summarily executed. That is exactly what should have been done to all of these, once the CIA was finished with them.

Agreed. After the needed information was gleaned, the expense of housing them should have been eliminated. No one outside of the military and the CIA ever needed to know of their existence.

What'd I'd like to have known was that the judge publicly rebuked, in open court, this dhimmi traitor and her ridiculous notion. I also like to imagine she's now hopelessly prejudiced the jury against her "client".
