Title: Fed/Treasury Deal of March 3, 1951

Set against the backdrop of the Korean War (I'm still pissed at Truman for sacking MacAurthur!) this has a nice breakdown of the de facto merging of the Fed & Treasury and this is used to highlight the ridiculous nation that this outfit can properly audit itself.  It has relevance for today but the plethora of historical details perhaps renders this section an appropriate resting place for this story.
