All the while, his gun-loving mother quietly amassed a near-apocalyptic arsenal of lethal weapons — and frequently took her son to local gun ranges.
Inside the Lanza’s Colonial-style home, investigators found more than 1,600 rounds of ammunition, two rifles, a BB gun, a starter’s pistol, nine knives, a 7-foot spear, a bayonet and three samurai swords.
Paper targets for practice shooting and a rifle scope were also discovered inside the home. (http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/lanza-article-1.1309766)

That's near-apocalyptic? I must be full-on armageddonish then.
I had more rounds than that in every caliber - before the unfortunate boating accident when they were all lost in the lake. I had swords too. And wrist-rockets. And BB guns. And a couple war-axes.
Damn boat.
