It's difficult to see how it could have happened without assistance. He was there barely a month, in solitary with half hour checks by the guards...suicide watch in essence if not in fact. At the very least someone gave him a cord. At most, someone strung him up.

No matter what precautions are taken, when you're an infamous POS monster somebody will get to you sooner or later. How long did Jeffrey Dahmer last in prison?
