Dr. Tim Ball is widely recognized as one of Canada’s first qualified climate scientists and has long been one of the most prominent skeptics taking a stand on corruption and unethical practices. Two exponents of the global warming scare Ball has targeted, professors Michael Mann and Andrew Weaver, are now suing him for libel.
Many suspect the David Suzuki Foundation is funding Vancouver libel specialist, Roger D. McConchie who is representing both Weaver and Mann against Ball. Suzuki is reported as wanting skeptics like Ball “put in prison.”
I'm shocked these two faux scientists act in every way, like every other run of the mill pieces of leftist trash.

To prove libel they just gave the defendant the right to prove his allegations are true in a court of law. What are the two morons going to present? More lies?!

At the height of his fame and success, whilst his masterpiece, The Importance of Being Earnest (1895), was still on stage in London, Wilde sued his lover's father for libel. After a series of trials, Wilde was convicted of gross indecency with other men and imprisoned for two years, held to hard labour.
In other words, his boyfriend's father publicly called him a sodomite, so he sued the man for libel. But he really was a sodomite, which was illegal at the time. Oops.

Suzuki, I finally found out, is the money behind the PR firm effort of DeSmog Blog and by default, Peter Sinclair. The little green retard is quite enamored of those two sources.
