Title: Democrat in Missouri to Oppose Health Care Law
Post by: Libertas on April 12, 2011, 09:55:28 AM
Not quite the news you think, he just wants to the mandate pulled out, and the rest left standing.  But that flies in the face of Judge Vinson's constitutionally correct interpretation of the inseparability of the act.

He just wants a voter friendly position for the next election. IOW, he can interpret polls and, although he isn't interested in really changing his policies, he can divine which way the winds are blowing. It's nothing more than a "split the baby in two, having one's cake and eating it too" type of political posturing. The guy wants to be re-elected. Must think this is damned clever.

Must think people in Missouri are stupid.  Don't know a whole lot about the state, but I do know a guy who moved to KC, and I don't think that helped their state at all!

It's the  "Show Me State" ... Like ... "Show me Claire McCaskill's tax return ."
