Rush read some of this today and it's well worth reading the rest.

So far, it seems to be working. Obamacare has evaporated as a major issue. The House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to repeal the law in January and, according to a CBS News poll, about half of those asked think it has been repealed or aren't sure. The confusion suits the White House just fine. Republicans are working to defund the law, delay its implementation, investigate the avalanche of regulations that have already been issued, and examine the impact the law is having on health costs and the ballooning deficit, but their efforts didn't make the front page.

It is difficult to overestimate the sweeping impact that Obamacare will have on our health sector, our economy, and our freedom.

This is what the Republicans ought to be pounding on every day, every press conference, every "debate".

OK Just got off the phone with Steve Kings office (IA).
And what they are saying is to keep writing our local papers and Rep.'s
Because once the House passes a bill and it get's tabled in the Senate it's counter productive too keep making new bills on the same subject.(?)
Any way call write and just pester The Hell OUT of everybody. ::whoohoo:: ::laughonfloor:: ::USA::

All the Repubs have to do to turn the tables on the DEMS is to keep asking why is the president silent on this?  Is he ashamed of it?  Ask it often enough they'd have to respond that they are proud of it.  Which opens the door to asking if they're proud of this and that effect?  It's really not that hard.  You don't need the media's help.
