Palin opens the door...
« on: February 16, 2012, 07:30:25 AM »
Palin told Eric Bolling she ”would do whatever [she] could to help,” leaving the door open to any and all possibilities should a brokered convention take form later this year.

I wonder if doing anything could include slapping heckles face.

Id love to see plain in the middle of a brokered convention.

Texas, thanks to a Federal Judge will not have its primary  no earlier than May, California's primary is June 5.
Texas has 155 and California has an unconfirmed 172, that's 327 in two big swoops coming after Super Tuesday.
This thing could blow up on the Pubbies and go to Sarah.  One thing for sure there will be a lot of smokin' in the
back rooms and the pols (DeMint included) will be pushing too.

I am not quite sure where you are going here. Are you thinking that she might actually throw her hat in the ring?
I say, no way. That ain't gonna happen. I love Palin, but it ain't gonna happen

I don't see Texas being kind to Willard the Mitt, but Paul could be a stinker for someone, if I had to guess I'd say he stinks all over Newt, Santorum might do best in Texas.  In California?  He who panders best and has the most moolah, Willard the Mitt might do better there.

In a brokered convention anyone could be drafted by the delegates, hasn't happened since Eisenhower I think, right?  To me Sarah is saying she would not turn down the nomination if offered.  It would be unusual, but if nobody has it sewed up, delegates would be less beholden.

Oh, I see. The delegates do the drafting. Hmmmm. Well, I still highly doubt it.

A long shot is better than none, lets see what Super Tuesday and then TX & CA have to offer to the mosaic.
