Send this guy the 44th President.
Yes, I know, he's a puppet.

Ahhhh! Chuck Testa!
If you guys had any idea how HUGE Chuck Testa has become with the YouTube youth, you'd laugh your heads off. My boys' latest goof is "Nope; Chuck Testa" whenever they respond in the negative. This guy is YouTube's latest "Leave Britney Alone"/"It's a full-on double-rainbow"/Friday, Friday"...
Songify This - CHUCK TESTA - a song about lifelike dead animals.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

IDP, that is a hoot. I stumbled across the video from a West Coast news feed as Chuck's on-line advertisement!
