You think the Feds might know something we don't? Obama said awhile ago that the country can "absorb" a terrorist attack. Given his projection of indecision and weakness abroad, not to mention the wide-open borders, I'd say an attack is more likely than not.
Of course, it's not only the Feds who are buying storable food. I made a large purchase from
Pleasant Hill Grain last spring. I got their Security FoodPak 1, as well as a grain mill and water purifier. I haven't tried eating any of it yet, but I was satisfied with their service and think I'm probably better off than a lot of people who haven't bought that much dried food. And it's easier than stocking up on canned food from the supermarket, although I've been doing that too.
