Native Buckeye, working on a rock. I thank God everyday I have a job and the ability to perform it.
I gained interest in politics during my teen years watching Ronald Reagan.
I frequent, but do not post, on HotAir. and several other conservative blog sites. After reading several post of like mind, I Followed a link in IronDioPriest and landed here.
My writing skills are poor at best, but I do enjoy reading the insights of patriots and freedom loving Americans.

Welcome to the forum Ron. Glad you followed the breadcrumbs.
As others have said, writing skills are not necessary to fully participate here. It's about the ideas, the camaraderie, and sharing the experience of striving for liberty against the Left.

Thanks for all the welcomes.
I so look forward to good conservative thought and opinions every chance I am afforded. The 0bama ideology infects just about every square inch of this island. In fact, the local paper on Wed. bold sub heading read: " GOP wants to take your foodstamps" a full one page article (the paper is not that big) regarding the subject, subjectively written. There are enough Recovery Act project signs to build a ship, but very little recovery and allot of acting going on. I just stopped to say thanks, and will stop before my ramble continues.
