Alea iacta est!

A bill already passed by the Senate and set to be rubber stamped by the House would make it mandatory for all new cars in the United States to be fitted with black box data recorders from 2015 onwards.

Yup, our institutions are working just fine, cancel the revolution, this nation rocks!

 rockets

I'll bet dollars to doughnuts all these c*******ers voting for this got a sh*tload of contributions from the insurance rackets and other interested parties!

This is what tyranny looks like.  Soon they will blackbox us!

But no worry, all is well, nothing to fear here, our institutions are working just fine.

And the GOP already has a substantial majority in the House.  I guess we just need more Republicans there!

" MAP-21 (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act)"
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/heres-what-you-need-to-know-about-the-govt-possibly-mandating-black-boxes-for-your-car/

What a beautiful sounding act, what kind of Neanderthal could be against such a benign and loving act?!

What an awesome government we have!

Two things I would like to see eliminated: so-called omnibus bills, and flowery non-descriptive titles of legislation.  An act of Congress should be narrow in scope, addressing a coherent and readily defined subject.  They should also be titled in simple descriptive terms rather than pretentious, lofty, ambitious, propagandistic language.  Just use a bill number, the primary sponsors' names, or something along those lines. "Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century"?  What kind of ridiculous nonsense.

....but Glock, it was intended by the Founders to be that way. The evil that was amongst them and us has taken the reigns and twisted it so badly that we now have a government that attacks it's citizens at every turn that morphed form the consent of the governed to the absolute "Do as we say or else". laserkill
