Lehmans
Here is a mail order company that I like to order stuff from. You can get all sorts of items from this place that fit in this TEOTWAWKI category.
Stuff like:
Heirloom seeds
Water filters
Wood burning stoves
Oil lamps
Hand powered grain mills
Hand powered oil presses
Cast iron cookware
And
Deep well hand pumps

I'd heard of Lehman's and recently received a catalogue. Which I kept for future reference.

I've ordered from them. I could order more but I have to restrain myself.

Not sure where my brother got his heirloom seeds from, will send this to him as another resource and bookmark it as well.

I like Lehman's but find them a little pricey.
As far as heirloom seeds, I got mine this year from Baker Creek and Pine Tree (something or other)
Their catalog is a bit nostalgic for me because, as a kid, I had some of their stuff aroun d me
