Mother Jones took a secret video of a private Romney event in Orange County, CA and are now convinced they've got him. Personally I was rather impressed to hear that Romney does in fact get things as they are. I think this could only help him with independents, who increasingly also get things as they are. http://minx.cc/?post=332953

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/election-2012/wp/2012/09/17/romney-stands-by-his-remarks-in-leaked-video/ Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney did not back down from comments published Monday in Mother Jones magazine, in which he dismissed supporters of President Obama as a “victims” who take no responsibility for their livelihoods and who think they are entitled to government handouts. “It’s not elegantly stated…I’m speaking off the cuff in response to a question,” Romney told reporters Monday night in Costa Mesa, Calif. Asked what assurances he could give to voters that he doesn’t say different things behind closed doors to his donors than he does at his public rallies, Romney said he gives “the same message” to all audiences. “We have a very different approach, the president and I, between a government dominated society and a society driven by free people pursuing their dreams,” Romney said.

Meanwhile the LA Times has been sitting on a video of Duh Won from before he was elected, at a private fundraiser. And let us not forget the bitter clingers comment.
Though the media will be spending the rest of this week, at the very least, painting this as Romney's latest gaffe, I think it at worst has no effect. It might even end up helping him among the independents who work and pay taxes. If the story is quietly shelved, that will be proof that it was tending to help rather than hurt Romney.

And don't we all remember the press asking the same question of Obongo, referencing his "clinging to their guns and Bibles" speech to the whoeverthehell they were in California. My patience for this bullsh*t has llllleft the building.

Mitt Romney insulted a lot of PARASITES... good for him! People who are physically and mentally capable of supporting themselves, but who choose to suck off the government for year after year after year are parasites! We need to terminate all unearned forms of entitlements and welfare to everyone who has been sucking on them for more than 99 weeks. Then, we need to reduce that maximum time period to something that makes sense, like 52 weeks, and then down to where it belongs -- more like 26 weeks.
If we let them sit on their dead azzes forever, that's exactly what they will do -- SIT ON THEIR DEAD AZZES FOREVER....

Yeah, honestly I hope they do play this over and over. Let it be a reminder to the remainder of the population, the ones who drag their tired asses into jobs they don't like day after day, let it be a reminder when they see a third of their paycheck withheld due to various taxes.

Agreed, everytime this class warfare crap is launched by the Left it blows up in their faces... Did you hear rush today? Those clips of Carney talking out his behind about Obama's "bitter clinger" quip (before he became an Obama stooge!) were hilarious! I hope everytime they bring that up the bring up the Carney quip on O'Bongo!

Wow his remarks about the "made up" Palestinian people is spot on too!
If Romney keeps this up and does not apologize for his remarks I may go into the voting booth actually stoked for a change.
