Take the explosives manufacture away...would the Feds have backed off?   ::whatgives::

What else is there to base conspiracy or firearms charges on?   ::whatgives::

"The FBI began its investigation in mid-June after receiving a tip about Litteral and Barker attempting to make homemade explosives..."

"Tip" my ass!  People this serious probably are not blabbing their mouths off...no mention of a undercover fed...if not a family member narcing on them then obviously those NSA intercepts must have picked up something.

I never really thought about it until now, but I wonder if making homemade fireworks falls under "explosives".

You might want to add "hypothetical" or "alleged" in there, just to be safe...

Seriously, these guys will make up whatever they have to, plant whatever they have to and do whatever they have to if it advances their agenda...and central to their agenda is power, the more the better...so they think.  There is no connection between people and government, between people and government and Founding Principles..."Liberty" to them is something they can exercise in greater abundance than the common populace, same for "freedom", everything has been hijacked and redefined by elitist Progs, and the minion Progs who think they'll benefit as greatly as their Lords still do not realize they are losing big time too...

We seriously cannot make this crap up fast enough to keep pace with the ever increasing levels of insantity and ignorance that crash down like massive tidal waves every minute of every fricken day...

OK, that's a bit depressing...

Stuff happens.

Even a bottle bomb (2 liter plastic bottle, drain o, and tin foll) will likely land you federal charges in today's insane world.

It's probably worse than that...a Mentos in a pop bottle will likely be deemed a WMD and will have SWAT descend upon you and pump three dozens rounds into your so-this-is-American-Liberty-today?'s ass!!!
