Yup, can go bacl to the genesis of modern extortion and subjugation of citizens in 1913...the massive expansion of the Raw Deal...the literal explosion of giveaways under LBJ's (Not Very) Great Societyalism...and it has been a ever-increasing pork-fest since then...getting more major kick-starts under the (Not So) Magic Negro and now with DeepState sock-puppet regime of JoeFraud/Heels-Up...
