I hate stuff like this...what exactly do we do with bad/good news like this?

IMO it fosters frustration in many and leads to an eff it attitude and people go on about their business...

Yet, there is something that could be done...articles like this leave too much dangling!

I should start selenium again. I ran out.
Magnesium is good for many things including kinda preventing constipation.

That is funny. BTW people with anal fissures report re-tears from both constipation AND severe diarrhea. They just can't win.
I snack on a few pitted Aldi prunes, take magnesium, and drink water.
