I had this one on via Roku.
He said that US wanted to replace a pro India govt in Bangladesh with a pro US govt. There was previous regime change in Pakistan which changed their neutral govt to anti Russia. US hopes to use these two govts to pressure India to turn anti RU. He said US might want to use Bangladesh to cause trouble for Myanmar. China built a pipeline through Myanmar to avoid the choke-point of the Malacca straight which could be closed by US submarines. I recall US has been supporting fighters to cause trouble for this pipeline in Myanmar and SW Pakistan.
He mentioned that US had been training terrorists in Kosovo to be used in Syria.
The guest first went into the world island idea from a guy named Mackinder in 1904. He repeated his theory in WWII. The pivot area is on the map and includes Russia.
https://www.albert.io/blog/heartland-theory-ap-human-geography-crash-course/Mackinder thought that whoever controlled Eastern Europe –the Heartland—would control the world. The idea was that whoever gained control of Eastern Europe, controlled the Heartland –also known as the Pivot Area—and whoever controlled the Heartland, could easily gain control of the World Island (Africa and Eurasia). Naturally, if someone could control all that, they could easily take over the world, as they say.

He proposed using "bridgeheads" to allow naval powers to create land armies in those bridgeheads to attack the pivot area (Russia etc.) to bleed the pivot area to keep them weak. The bridgeheads then included France, Italy, Korea, India.
