I recall some US DOD paper from Ft. Banning saying that only 3 of 8 Javelin missiles hit their targets in a training exercise.

Recent Taiwanese military exercises have revealed the extremely low effectiveness of American TOW 2 anti-tank guided missiles.

Only 7 of the 17 TOW 2 missiles launched managed to hit their targets. The rest deviated from their flight path and went nowhere.
