In short, plane descended 1110 feet per minute and landing gear rated for 720 fpm  max plus all the weight was on one landing gear. Also nose should have been up a little more.

Well, I tought it came down too hard per the video...also thought it;s angle was a bit too steep too but if the BB didn't find that then it just looked worse because of the speed...
